This does not make it clear which is the destination and the starting point. It says "book a taxi for". It should say "book a taxi from...to...".
Takes the money before they have a cab, doesn't give you any idea of how long the cab will be. If you cancel, it takes hours to get the money back. So I'm now stranded with no way home until 6am. Absolutely joke. Avoid this company.
